American Peptides
Rank 2 of 4. Documentation score 5 of 6.
A public COA library with named lab, lots and methods; unclear which lot ships, and we could not check the lab's verification page.

What the documents show
Publishes a COA library covering 51 products: 74 current certificates, 47 older ones kept posted and marked "superseded", and 43 safety data sheets. Each entry lists a size and a lot number.
Source: www.americanpeptides.us/pages/coaNames its lab, Bioviridian, on the certificates. The four we read (retatrutide 10mg, tirzepatide 10mg, BPC-157 5mg and IGF-1 LR3 1mg) were issued 17 August 2026, state LC-MS/MS identity and RP-HPLC purity at 214 nm, and carry a web verification code, a chromatogram and a signature. Each also lists an endotoxin result and a heavy-metals result.
Source: www.americanpeptides.us/pages/coaLists 76 research products plus 6 merchandise items, including retatrutide (5 sizes, $105 to $400), tirzepatide, semaglutide and cagrilintide. See our full catalog page.
Source: www.americanpeptides.us/sitemap.xmlDescribes a seven-step testing standard (mass spectrometry, HPLC, net peptide content, endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals and an independent lab) and says a lot-matched COA ships with every lot.
Source: www.americanpeptides.us/pages/quality-standardRuns a partner program that starts at 10% and rises to 35% with monthly sales, with a 30-day cookie and monthly payouts. That program, and the code shown on this site, are how this page is funded.

What we could not confirm
We could not confirm which lot a given order receives. The vial on the retatrutide certificate carries a label number (QC265079) that differs from the lot (RETA10-0803), and the site shows no lookup that ties a vial to a certificate.
Bioviridian's certificate-search page refused our request, so we have not checked any verification code with the lab, and we have not contacted it.
On the IGF-1 LR3 certificate, the field that should name the vendor reads "IGF-1 LR3". The other three we read name American Peptides.
The library lists 51 products against 76 research listings. Two of its entries, dihexa and melanotan-2, show a safety data sheet but no certificate, and blends and bundles have little coverage.
The seven-step standard names sterility testing, but the four certificates we read show no sterility result. Their endotoxin line (under 0.05 EU/mL) and heavy-metals line (under 0.01 ppm) are also identical across four different products, which our guide on spotting a fake COA lists as worth asking about.
We found no legal entity name, only a street address, phone number and email.
The partner program's Code of Conduct bars promotion alongside fitness goals. We keep links to this vendor off our muscle research posts for that reason.
How we scored this
The score adds three checks, each worth 0 to 2 points: whether an outside lab wrote the report (see reading a certificate of analysis), whether it names the batch you would receive (see spotting a fake COA), and whether the method is stated (see HPLC and mass spectrometry). The full rules are on our methodology page.
